We analyse personal stress patterns and stress management resources in a professional and absolutely confidential manner in order to recognise warning signs and deal with the causes effectively. In addition to personal interviews, we also rely on a recognized, quantitative method for stress diagnostics (RELIEF). The goal is to jointly develop concrete approaches for optimal stress management.
